During the lease:

activity will be considered a repudiatory breach of the

12. The tenant will be responsible for paying any penalty

13. The tenant will also be responsible for paying the
costs due to the loss of keys or magnetic keys.
14. The tenant is not authorized to sublet or transfer a
lease without the written authorization of the owner.

End of lease:
15. At the end of the rental term, the unit must be
returned in the same condition as at the time of rental,
which includes all inclusions of the unit, as well as the
overall condition of the unit .
16. If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the
tenant MUST honor ALL visits requests from all potential
tenants, for which 24 to 48 hours notice will be given. The
same goes for visits from potential buyers if the condo is
put up for sale during the term of the lease.
