11. The LESSEE is responsible for routine maintenance of
the accommodation as well as minor repairs valued at less
than $100, and undertakes to notify the LESSOR. (ex:
batteries, lightbulbs..)
12. The LESSEE agrees to pay for any reparation, not
limited to just appliances, due to LESSEE negligence.
