1. Tenants must be non-smokers and shall not permit anyone
to use, grow, smoke or vape tobacco,
cannabis, or any other illegal substance in any indoor part
of the premises, the common areas or
the property of which they form a part.
2. Conditional upon receipt of a letter of employment
(including salary, position, duration, and
status) and the most recent pay stub showing cumulative
earnings to date, or proof of funds; and
upon satisfactory credit verification, including consent to
verify payment history with previous
landlords. The tenant authorizes the Landlord to conduct
independent credit and payment history
checks with the Corporation des propriétaires immobiliers
du Québec (CORPIQ).
3. Tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance
($2M) for the duration of the lease and
must be provided prior to the signature of lease.
4. Tenant must provide a confirmation Letter of the Hydro
Quebec Account Transferred.
5. Tenant must read and agree to the building's by-laws and
regulations and will be responsible
for any penalties resulting from failure to comply.
6. Tenant is responsible for all move-in & move-out related
rules & fees required by the
syndicate.

8. Only tenants who are listed on the promise to lease and

Condo's Maintenance Guidelines.
